Warehouse Clerk
Fresh/Entry Level
Responsibilities:

  • 1. Answer incoming customer calls
  • 2. Manage billing issues, product problems, service question and general client concerns.
  • 3. Filing document and receipt payment.
  • 4. Escalate any warehouse operation issues to superior.
  • 5. Order and stock supplies, including maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse.
  • 6. Process stock return and ensure physical returned quantity is accurate.
  • 7. Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
  • 8. Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • 9. To assist in filling documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1. Minimum education: STPM or Diploma
  • 2. Have experience in related field is a plus
  • 3. Computer skills
  • 4. Able to communicate in BM and English
  • 5. Fresh graduate is eligible to apply

Qualification:

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
