- 1. Answer incoming customer calls
- 2. Manage billing issues, product problems, service question and general client concerns.
- 3. Filing document and receipt payment.
- 4. Escalate any warehouse operation issues to superior.
- 5. Order and stock supplies, including maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse.
- 6. Process stock return and ensure physical returned quantity is accurate.
- 7. Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
- 8. Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- 9. To assist in filling documentation.
- 1. Minimum education: STPM or Diploma
- 2. Have experience in related field is a plus
- 3. Computer skills
- 4. Able to communicate in BM and English
- 5. Fresh graduate is eligible to apply
