Bakers' choice wheat flour also known as All Purpose Flour. It's vitamin enriched, unbleached, halal, superfine wheat flour. -protein content : 9.5-10.5% -milled from a combination of soft and hard wheat. -to make crumbly , textured tarts and biscuits , short crust pastry and for making sauces.

This super-fine quality flour gives extra fine texture, best for chiffon cakes, butter cookies, swiss roll, cakes, doughnuts and others.

This flour has excellent tolerance to a high amount of butter and sugar, resulting in cakes of good volume. Best used for baking sponge cakes and very rich cakes like pound cakes.
