Almond nibs are specially prepared skinned almonds, cut into many pieces that are roughly 2mm square and shaped like nibs.  Almond nibs can be used as a baking ingredient in recipes, a baking decoration, a topping on ice-creams or salads or even as a snack if preferred. These almond biscuits are usually coated with chocolate and almond nibs and can be found being sold by many home bakers and small vendors in Malaysia especially during festive seasons like Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
