Roasted Nibbed Peanuts are a vibrant orange in colour and have a distinct and strong flavour. These peanuts can be used in many recipes but they are also popularly used as a topping on ice creams or can even be added to the mixture if you are making your own.
It's best to toast the peanut flake before using them. Just spread them on a baking sheet and put them in a 170°C oven until they're light brown, about five to ten minutes. Store in a cool and dry.
