It contains 100% of the whole wheat grain, including the bran and germ – nothing is removed. It is excellent for hand bread making and heavier cakes like a fruitcake.

Superfine Wholegrain Flour is milled directly from whole wheat grain. Best used for making wholemeal/wholegrain bread, buns, flat bread, cookies, steam buns and noodles.

Extra fine quality flour, ideal for baking very fine cakes such as sponge cakes, chiffon cakes, Swiss rolls, crepes, cake doughnuts and butter cookies.

MFM Self Raising Flour is specially formulated for quality cake. It is also suitable for cookies, pastries and deep fry batter.
