- 1. Provide general administrative support including filling, scanning, typing and copying to management.
- 2. Data entry and updating
- 3. Organize filling system and manage documentation in proper record
- 4. Prepare related monthly report
- 5. Generate data entry, PO, CN, DO, Invoice and manage system
- 6. Any ad hoc job required.
- 1. Diploma & Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3. Strong organizational and administrative skills
